Terms of use

By using CasaSemDegraus.pt, you accept these conditions. They are short and written in plain words.

Who runs the site

CasaSemDegraus.pt is run by Dynamic Flower Unipessoal LDA., Largo Alberto Sampaio 3A, Sala 10, 2795-007 Linda-a-Velha, Portugal. Contact: [email protected].

What this site is

It is an information site about home accessibility for people who cannot climb stairs: stair lifts, platforms, home lifts, support, taxes and condominium rules. We also offer a tool that gives general guidance on the type of equipment.

We do not install, sell or rent equipment. If you send a contact request, we read it. We do not guarantee that a company will contact you, and we do not promise a reply time. Any contract is made directly between you and the company you choose, not with us.

Information and indicative values

The texts and the tool are informative and general. The tool’s guidance is not a technical assessment, a proposal or a quote: only a technical visit decides the equipment that fits your stairs. When the site gives prices, they come from named and dated sources; real prices depend on the equipment, the measurements, the works, the region and who does the installation. Always ask for a written quote.

We try to keep the information correct and current, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors. For important decisions, check with a professional and with the official sources. This site does not give medical, legal or tax advice.

Free service

Using the site and sending the request are free for you. To learn how we handle your data, read the Privacy policy.

Correct use

You agree to give true data in the forms and not to use the site for illegal purposes, to send false or mass requests, or to try to harm how it works.

Rights in the content

The texts, pictures and drawings on the site belong to Dynamic Flower Unipessoal LDA. or to their authors. Computer-made pictures carry the note “Illustration” and do not show real products or real people. You may quote short excerpts with the source and a link to the site. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it without permission.

Links to other sites

The site may link to third-party sites (for example, official bodies). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of the information on the site, nor for agreements, works or prices arranged between you and whoever does the installation. This does not limit rights that the law gives to consumers.

Applicable law and disputes

Portuguese law applies. Consumers may also use the Electronic Complaints Book and the alternative consumer dispute resolution bodies.

We may change these conditions. The date of the last update is always at the top.
