## What this site is

It is an information site about home accessibility for people who cannot climb stairs: stair lifts, platforms, home lifts, support, taxes and condominium rules. We also offer a tool that gives general guidance on the type of equipment.

**We do not install, sell or rent equipment.** If you send a contact request, we read it. We do not guarantee that a company will contact you, and we do not promise a reply time. Any contract is made directly between you and the company you choose, not with us.

## Information and indicative values

The texts and the tool are **informative and general**. The tool’s guidance is not a technical assessment, a proposal or a quote: only a technical visit decides the equipment that fits your stairs. When the site gives prices, they come from named and dated sources; real prices depend on the equipment, the measurements, the works, the region and who does the installation. Always ask for a written quote.
